And studies show that married people, particularly men, are less likely to die early and are less likely to die from heart disease or stroke. But why?   As married, though you can be good at your job or at sports, but daily confirmation you get through sex is a super feeling. Sex makes happier, less angry, and less stressed.

1: Improves bladder control for the women- Good sex is like a workout for your pelvic floor muscles. When you have an orgasm, it causes contractions in those muscles, which strengthens them.
