Do you prepare your Mind for the unexpected?

 Every day of our lives, something unexpected happens. Even if it’s minute, something takes place in our lives that we weren’t prepared for. A crack in the cement you didn’t see. An email from someone you weren’t anticipating or a baby. When it comes to your life goals, expect the unexpected. It WILL happen.  The best we can do is prepare to deal with it when it does.



 Acknowledge the fact, and learn to accept that surprises and unexpected events are part of life and are unavoidable. When you accept this fact, to some extent, it will be easier to deal whatever happens in your life. Life is dynamic, not static. Change is part of life, and the sooner you acknowledge and accept this fact, the better it would be.
  
The Way Out...
If you're the type of person who blows up or lose your patience easily, then you need to lower your expectations and accept that you're, at least, partly responsible for causing the problem. Even if you're not the cause, you probably can handle the situation better, minimize the problem and avoid negative stress. When a situation arises, think about if you are ready? Do have an action plan and a backup plan in place? Did you react correctly? If you reacted differently, could you change the outcome situation? How's your self-control? It's your responsibility to be aware of your role, action and reactions in any situation.
